Shipping policy

1. Delivery Zones
We currently ship exclusively within the United Arab Emirates, with a primary focus on fast delivery across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates.

2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (business days) after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order is packed and ready for dispatch.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Delivery (UAE): AED 20

  • Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days.

• Express Delivery (Dubai & Major Cities): AED 35

  • Estimated delivery: 1 to 2 business days.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy Free Standard Delivery on orders over AED 200.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays or weather conditions.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your delivery in real-time.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If you are not available to receive the package, the courier will make up to two additional attempts. If the package remains undelivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

6. Customs & Duties
All orders are shipped from within the UAE, so there are no additional customs fees or import duties for local deliveries.
